Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in customer coordination, quotations, order processing, and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, PIs, and sales orders.
Coordinate with customers and the sales team for order follow-ups.
Track orders from booking to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Service teams.
Maintain customer records and sales MIS.
Follow up on quotations, POs, payments, and pending orders.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
