Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Safety Engineer / HSE Engineer for a construction project in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Implement site HSE policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Conduct HIRA, JSA and risk assessments for construction activities.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) and high-risk activities.
Ensure work-at-height and scaffolding safety.
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
Monitor PPE compliance and protected working practices.
Monitor excavation, lifting, hot work and electrical safety.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, supervisors and workmen.
Assist in accident/incident investigation and corrective actions.
Maintain daily safety observations, inspection reports and HSE documentation.




Ensure compliance with applicable project safety standards.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Engineering.
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Safety/HSE experience.
Experience in construction or high-rise building projects preferred.
Good knowledge of HIRA, JSA, PTW, work-at-height, scaffolding and other construction safety practices.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
