salary - 15 ctc fixed stipend

Operate production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor the production process and ensure smooth machine operation.

Perform basic inspection of products to ensure they meet quality requirements.

Follow production plans and achieve assigned production targets.

Maintain proper records of production, machine operation, and process parameters.

Follow 5S, safety procedures, and workplace housekeeping standards.

Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely.

Support preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the maintenance team.

Follow company policies, work instructions, and quality standards.

Work effectively with supervisors, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams.

Be willing to work in shifts, including rotational/night shifts when required.
