Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair blow molding machines used for PET bottles and jars production.
Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
Troubleshoot electrical panels, sensors, wiring, drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality.
Coordinate with production staff to resolve technical issues and improve machine efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and breakdown reports.




Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and proper maintenance procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in plastic processing, PET bottle/jar manufacturing, or blow molding machines will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and industrial troubleshooting.
Ability to identify faults quickly and work under production deadlines.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in blow molding machines and PET packaging manufacturing.
