Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, payment records, and expense statements.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS statements as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for payments, billing, and accounting-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred).
Hands-on working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime is mandatory.




Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 7–10 days.
Comfortable working from home initially and transitioning to the office thereafter.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
