- Role Overview:
We are looking for target-driven sales professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls for our US process. You will be responsible for diagnosing basic PC performance issues and pitching premium antivirus and digital security solutions to US customers.
- Key Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International BPO (Tech Sales, Tech Support, or Antivirus process preferred).
* Communication: Fluent in English with a neutral or US accent and robust persuasive skills.
* Sales Focus: Proven ability to handle customer objections, pitch products effectively, and close sales to meet targets.
* Technical Basics: Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.
* Setup: Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection for work from home.
