Well-established computer training institute in East Delhi, providing career-focused courses in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, we are looking for a confident, and target-oriented Educational Counsellor who can handle student enquiries and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-in students.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course structure, fees, duration and career prospects.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Counsel students regarding career-oriented skill courses.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Maintain regular follow-up with old and pending enquiries.
