Job Overview

IOTA Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable communicating with students, and open to working with a young and team-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student queries related to courses, fees, batches, classes, and schedules.
Call and follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and maintain records.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding student and batch-related matters.
Perform other tasks assigned by the team or management.

Requirements




Graduation completed or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with a young and energetic team.

Salary Up to ₹20,000/month, based on skills and interview performance, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
