Key Requirements
Experience: 10–15 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing/automobile industry
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounts & Costing
GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements
Monthly MIS / Management Reports
Budgeting, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Bank Reconciliation & General Ledger
Inventory / Stock Accounting
Coordination with Statutory, Internal & Tax Auditors
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / preferably Odoo
Strong Excel / MS Office skills
Ability to lead and manage the Accounts team
Positive analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in automobile / auto-component manufacturing will be preferred.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
