– Accounts Executive

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / Accounting-related qualification preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST filing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Tally, GST compliance, and MS Office, along with relevant accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring timely compliance.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
Manage invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.




Prepare reports and maintain accounting data using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field; accounting qualifications preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid working knowledge of Tally and GST filing is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience & Benefits:
Experience working in a Chartered Accountant's (CA) or auditor's office will be an added advantage.
Experience in an automobile dealership will also be an added advantage.
