JOB LOCATION: GHANA

We are looking to hire an experienced AERZEN Blower Service Engineer responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning of AERZEN blower systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, and overhaul of AERZEN blowers .
Diagnose mechanical, lubrication, vibration, temperature, pressure, and performance related issues.
Perform dismantling, inspection, bearing and seal replacement, reassembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning.
Carry out installation and commissioning of current blower packages and associated equipment.
Identify required spare parts and recommend corrective actions following inspections.
Prepare service reports and technical recommendations.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with OEM procedures and site Health and Safety requirements.

Profile of Candidate:

• Qualification: BE Mechanical, HND,



Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands on experience servicing and maintaining AERZEN blowers.
Robust experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, major overhauls, and commissioning.
Good knowledge of bearings, seals, gears, lubrication systems, couplings, and associated blower components.
Previous experience working with AERZEN, an authorized service partner, or a specialist blower service company would be preferred.
International field service experience would be an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel within Ghana, West Africa, and internationally when required.
Positive communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills are required.
