We are looking for a young, responsible and hands-on Assembly Supervisor to manage daily telescopic drawer slide assembly operations, lead workers, achieve production targets, and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
Allocate work to workers and monitor productivity and attendance.
Ensure product quality, correct assembly, and minimum rejection and rework.
Monitor assembly machines, tools, and equipment; coordinate maintenance when required.
Train workers in assembly methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Track daily production, rejection, manpower, and machine downtime.
Resolve routine production issues and report major problems to the Production Manager.
Ensure timely completion of production orders and proper workplace discipline.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production supervision.




Experience in mechanical assembly or hardware manufacturing is preferred.
Basic knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manpower management.
Basic computer skills or ability to maintain production records.
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workers and work actively on the factory floor.

Reporting To: Production Manager Key Performance Expectations: Daily production achievement, product quality, low rejection, effective manpower utilization, and minimum machine downtime.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Manufacturing facility: 2 years (Required)
