Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration along with basic accounting activities. The role will have a greater focus on administrative responsibilities, with accounting and billing support.

Key Responsibilities

Administration (Primary Responsibilities)
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
Handle office purchases, inventory and maintenance requirements.
Maintain office records, documentation and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle calls, correspondence and general office coordination.
Support management with administrative reports and follow-ups.

Accounts & Billing
Handle daily billing, invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
Maintain basic accounting entries using Tally.
Record purchase bills,



sales invoices and expenses.
Maintain petty cash and track office expenses.
Coordinate with accountants for GST-related documentation and other accounting requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and basic accounting.
Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Experience in billing, invoicing and basic accounting entries.
Strong office administration and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to independently handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with solid office administration experience who is also comfortable handling routine accounts, billing and invoicing activities. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
