Accounts Assistant

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Work Location: In-person

Venus Digital Arcade is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with financial reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment transactions.
Verify bills and supporting financial documents.
Handle cash transactions and assist with banking operations.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
Assist with GST and TDS documentation and compliance.
Prepare financial reports and maintain organized accounting records.
Update financial data using MS Excel and accounting software.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements
B.Com or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.




Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of SAP and Tally accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
