About the Role

Curesha Wellness Co. is looking for an ambitious, target-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager – HORECA Sales to drive business growth across Bangalore.

This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded skilled who wants to build a business, deliver results, and grow rapidly into a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Visit hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, and other potential institutional customers to generate business.
Identify decision-makers, develop business relationships, pitch products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Acquire new customers and generate repeat orders to drive revenue growth.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's customer base across Bangalore.
Identify new business opportunities and independently manage the sales pipeline.
Maintain customer relationships, track orders, and coordinate collections.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in HORECA, FMCG,



institutional, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales, targets, and business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Must be self-driven, ambitious, and focused on delivering measurable results.

Salary & Career Growth
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000+ per month.
