The Outbound Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of outbound operations in a large-scale apparel distribution center including store replenishment, dispatch planning and transportation coordination.
The role owns service level adherence across all outbound channels through effective planning, execution, manpower management, WMS governance and operational controls.
Responsible for achieving best-in-class performance across dispatch accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, inventory integrity, transportation utilization and customer service metrics.
Lead large multi-shift teams while ensuring operational excellence through structured performance reviews, process compliance, safety governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
