Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and maintain an updated vacancy tracker.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, salary negotiation, and offer release.
Ensure timely closure of approved vacancies, especially for critical hospital departments such as Nursing, ICU, OT, Cath Lab, Billing, and Medical Administration.
Coordinate manpower requisitions and obtain necessary approvals before initiating recruitment.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, offer status, joining reports, and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Monitor recruitment turnaround time, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
