Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, preferably from an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services background.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting transactions.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with branches and internal departments regarding accounting-related queries.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support the Finance & Accounts team during audit and financial reviews.
Verify expenses, bills,



vouchers, and payment requests.
Maintain proper records of advances, reimbursements, and outstanding payments.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.
Assist in preparing MIS and other reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Banks, or other financial institutions will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
