Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve premium quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items with consistency.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and service.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee station, and equipment.
Handle billing/POS operations and manage customer orders accurately.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
Follow café SOPs, recipes, and quality standards.

Skills Required
Positive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed with a skilled appearance.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced premium café environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
