We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support business development, lead generation, and client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential clients.
Perform market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
Promote company services and build client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead databases and MIS reports.
Assist in sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
MBA graduate in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Solid interpersonal skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
