Operate buffing, polishing, and finishing machines according to work instructions.
Inspect parts before and after buffing to ensure required surface finish and quality standards.
Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and polishing materials.
Remove scratches, burrs, oxidation, and surface imperfections from products.
Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or defects.
Measure and verify finished products using inspection tools and gauges.
Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain production records and quality documentation.
Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S standards.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
