Experience: Mandatory experience in UG/PG Online Degree Counselling
We are looking for a dynamic and target-orientated academic counsellor with experience in the online degree vertical to guide students in selecting suitable undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG online degree programmes.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career prospects.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and provide accurate programme guidance.
Mandatory Requirements
Relevant experience in UG/PG online degree counselling is mandatory.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Mandatory languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada.
Robust sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
