Only candidates with prior experience in the Gold Loan business of NBFCs are eligible to apply
Manage the overall operations of the branch and ensure achievement of gold loan business targets, portfolio growth and profitability.
Supervise and guide branch employees to ensure effective operations, productivity and quality customer service.
Ensure proper gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation, sanction and disbursement in accordance with company policies.
Ensure strict compliance with KYC norms, RBI guidelines, statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
Monitor daily collections, interest recovery, loan renewals, overdue accounts and matured loan follow-ups.
Maintain proper control over branch cash, gold custody, protected operations and security procedures.
Conduct customer acquisition activities, develop local business relationships and implement strategies to expand the branch's business.
Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports, address audit observations and ensure timely rectification of operational lapses and irregularities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
