Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain client records, reports, and follow-up details.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and client retention.




Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements
Any Graduate with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Customer-focused attitude with valuable problem-solving skills.
