Looking for Client Service Executive role for well reputed Internet Marketing firm located located in Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities
Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining explicit, qualified and timely communication. Understand client requirements and ensure expectations are clearly communicated internally.
Project Coordination

Coordinate projects across creative, design, production, merchandising, operations and marketing teams. Ensure briefs, timelines and deliverables are clearly understood and executed.
Client Communication

Handle client queries, feedback, revisions and approvals professionally and promptly. Ensure communication is transparent, polite, structured and solution-oriented.
Internal Coordination

Ensure accurate flow of information between clients and internal teams. Maintain clear documentation of briefs, feedback, approvals, changes, timelines and action items.
Project Closure





Ensure all deliverables, approvals and final requirements are completed before closing a project. Maintain proper records and ensure smooth handovers.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong task and time-management abilities.
Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
Polite, professional and confident with clients.
Proactive problem solver with strong ownership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office; project-management tools are a plus.
Keep tasks structured and follow through reliably.
