Our client, a leading Automotive Components Manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Consultant with robust experience in the automotive ancillary / auto components industry to support a consulting engagement focused on manufacturing and operations. The role is suited to experienced specialists from either industry or consulting, with hands-on exposure to auto components and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support manufacturing and operations-related transformation initiatives within the automotive components sector.
Assess and analyse manufacturing processes, operational performance, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with client teams to identify process, productivity, quality, and operational improvement opportunities.
Develop practical recommendations and support implementation of identified initiatives.
Contribute to client discussions, analysis,



and preparation of relevant project deliverables.

Note: Location: Dalsana, Gujarat

Capacity: Full Time (on-site)

Duration: 12 months

Skills Required
8–10 years of relevant experience in automotive ancillary/auto components manufacturing or consulting.
Robust hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, assembly, electroplating, or similar automotive component processes.
Candidates from industry or consulting backgrounds with relevant automotive components experience are welcome.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, plant processes, productivity, and operational improvement.
Good analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
