Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Koshys Hospital

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 8–15+ years in hospital administration or healthcare operations

Koshys Hospital is looking for a solid, decisive, and hands-on leader to oversee end-to-end hospital operations, ensure staff accountability, improve patient satisfaction, and drive overall hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all hospital departments.
Lead teams, enforce discipline, and ensure staff accountability and productivity.
Conduct regular patient rounds, gather feedback, and resolve grievances.
Implement effective SOPs and systems to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Drive continuous improvement in patient care and the hospital’s overall reputation.

Requirements




Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
8–15+ years of relevant hospital operations experience.
Solid leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams firmly and professionally.
Proactive, organised, and results-driven, with a solid sense of ownership.

We are looking for a confident leader who takes charge, drives accountability, and ensures smooth hospital operations while keeping patient care at the centre of every decision. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
