Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MIS & Billing Executive with strong Advanced Excel knowledge to manage operational data, billing, collections, and vendor payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other formulas.
Prepare, verify, and track bills and invoices, ensuring timely submission.
Maintain collection records and follow up on outstanding payments.
Track vendor bills, payment due dates, approvals, and pending payments.
Perform data reconciliation, identify discrepancies,



and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams for timely reporting and payments.

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, billing, or accounts support.
Expert-level Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Solid analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
