Job Title: Commis 3 Chef / Kitchen Associate

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Commis 3 Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an entry-level position perfect for culinary graduates or individuals looking to build a career in a professional kitchen. You will primarily be responsible for mise en place (food prep), basic cooking assembly, and ensuring the kitchen maintains top-tier hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily prep work including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and portioning meats.
Assist senior chefs in setting up kitchen stations and preparing basic sauces, bases, or doughs.
Properly label, store, and rotate food stock utilizing the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
Maintain excellent kitchen sanitation by cleaning workstations, utensils, and heavy machinery.
Follow exact recipes, instructions,



and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, or hotel. Freshers with formal training are highly welcome.
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is a solid asset.
Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-temperature, fast-paced environment.
Good listening skills and willingness to take direction from senior culinary staff.
