Weigh, measure, and prep ingredients (flour, sugar, butter, fruits) for daily pastry and bakery production.
Assist in mixing doughs, baking breads, pastries, and cakes, and help with basic piping and dessert plating.
Keep the pastry station, counters, ovens, and tools clean, sanitized, and organized.
Help monitor stock levels, rotate goods, label stored items, and track expiration dates.
Follow strict HACCP, local health, and safety standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
