One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies based in the healthcare space with an HQ in BLR is expanding, and they are now looking to bring on a City Launcher to help them expand their retail presence in Delhi as their first expansion city.

Responsibilities
Drive the launch plan for the Delhi NCR region including market sizing, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and go-to-market strategy
Own the launch timeline, budget, and success metrics end to end
Decide go/no-go and sequencing with the Founder
Source, onboard, and activate the initial local team - aligned with SLAs for HQ
Negotiate local partnerships, contracts, and commercial terms
Set up physical infrastructure where needed (locations, vendors, logistics)
Transition the city to a permanent GM when the time is right

Qualifications




At least 5 to 8 years of experience in operations, or city-level general management
Prior experience launching or scaling a city, region, or recent business line
Solid commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable with local vendors, partners, and regulators
High ownership and bias for action, and comfort working with minimal structure
Prior experience in startup setting would be an advantage
Interest in building a B2C healthcare business
