Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, people-oriented Counsellor / Executive to guide students and working specialists in choosing the right IT courses and career paths, and to convert enquiries into admissions. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
Counsel students and parents about IT courses, career options, and placements
Understand each candidate's background and goals, and recommend suitable courses
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Conduct demo sessions and institute or campus visits
Maintain lead and enrollment records in CRM or Excel
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
Coordinate with trainers and the academic team

Requirements
Graduate in any stream (BCA/BBA/MBA/B.Tech preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, recruitment, HR,



or tele-calling
Freshers with relevant internship experience can also apply
Counselling or recruitment background is preferred
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Good persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of IT courses and careers is a plus
