Job Summary

We are looking for a Counsellor – BFSI Products to handle customer/student counselling, lead conversion, enrollments, and relationship management. Candidates with experience in BFSI, banking, insurance, NBFC, financial services, education counselling, or sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel customers/students and understand their requirements and profiles.
Explain and recommend suitable BFSI products/programs.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, email and online enquiries.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
Build and maintain robust customer/student relationships.




Maintain accurate CRM/student records and prepare daily/monthly MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for enrollment, batch commencement, and onboarding.
Follow up for installment/fee collections.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
1–4 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, customer relationship management, education sales, or BFSI sales.
BFSI industry experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and MIS reporting.
Candidates comfortable with on-site work at Sion/Fort are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
