Internship Details
Role: Business Development Intern
Duration: 3 months
Location: In-office (Bhubaneswar)
Stipend: ₹10,000-₹15,000 (Per month)
Performance based PPO(The performance of the intern will be monitored during his internship period by the company. If the performance remains positive, the intern will be converted into a full time employee of the company)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research
Identify prospects and connect with decision makers
Schedule client meetings and assist in qualifying prospects




Understand customer requirements and learn to position BMS solutions
Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records
Support the sales team in converting leads to business
Work towards assigned weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
Currently pursuing or completed any bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn cold calling and client interaction
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage
Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per month
