We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to join our corporate team in Bangalore. If you have robust financial analytical skills and a passion for business performance, profitability, and data-driven decision-making, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse business performance across stores, brands, locations, and business units, focusing on profitability and unit economics.
Track P&L;, revenue, COGS, gross margins, operating costs, and EBITDA.
Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Monitor key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other teams to improve business performance.




Build dashboards and automate reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Provide actionable financial and operational insights to support management decisions.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3–8 years in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or Business Analytics.
Candidates from QSR, Restaurants, Hospitality, or the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry are preferred.
Solid understanding of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
