Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Business Growth Associates in the Voice Process – Personal Loan Sales department.
Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil are preferred.
Basic customer handling and convincing skills.
Candidates must be target-oriented and willing to learn.
Salary & Benefits:
