Pearl HR Services is organizing a Mega Walk-in Drive and we are urgently hiring for 350 Collection Callers. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-collections and are looking for a lucrative growth opportunities chance, this is the perfect drive for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls, promises to pay (PTP), and payment statuses in the system.
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines during all calls.

Salary Structure (In-Hand):
Non-DRA Candidates:



17,000 18,500 per month
DRA Certified Candidates: 19,000 20,000 per month

Candidate Profile & Eligibility:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of mandatory experience in a collections voice process.
Age Limit: Maximum up to 35 years.
Skills: Computer knowledge with excel, Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Certification: DRA certification is highly preferred and attracts a higher salary bracket, but non-DRA candidates are also welcome to apply.
Education: 12th and 6 month of Experience of Collection calling
