Leadership Hiring Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Leadership Hiring skilled with solid exposure to the India IT/Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across Technology/IT.
Hire talent at Director, VP, Head, Practice/Delivery Leader and senior technology leadership levels.
Partner with senior business stakeholders on hiring strategy and workforce requirements.
Drive headhunting, talent mapping, market intelligence and passive sourcing for niche leadership positions.
Manage hiring pipelines, offers and stakeholder communication.
Experience in Corporate TA, IT Services, Product companies or GCCs preferred.
Experience: Preferably 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated India leadership hiring exposure.
