Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage the follow-up and collection of pending health insurance claim payments from hospitals, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). The role involves tracking outstanding claims, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on pending health insurance claims with hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Track outstanding claims and maintain accurate collection records.
Coordinate with hospital billing teams and insurance representatives to resolve payment delays.
Identify reasons for pending payments and take necessary follow-up actions.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure timely claim settlements.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on collections, pending claims, and outstanding amounts.




Update claim status and follow-up details in the company's software platform.
Meet assigned collection targets and support the reduction of outstanding claim amounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate with positive communication and follow-up skills.
1–3 years of experience in collections, payment follow-ups, healthcare billing, or insurance claims preferred.
Knowledge of health insurance claims, hospital billing, TPA processes, or revenue cycle management (RCM) is an advantage.
Positive negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Ability to handle multiple pending claims and meet collection targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
