Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide updates on medicine delivery status.
Resolve customer queries related to orders and delivery.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements
Qualification: HSC
Customer service experience preferred
Valuable communication skills
Shift: Day rotational shift, any 9 hours
Girls: Day rotational shifts
Boys: Shift may extend up to 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational Salary: ₹22,000 In-Hand | ₹27,000 CTC
Location: Juinagar
Bus Facility: Pick-up & drop facility available from Juinagar Station.
