Job Role
Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers and directing them to respective floors or sales persons.
Answer incoming telephone calls and messages and reply to or redirect them.
Updating store documents on regular basis.
Handling grievance of customers with effective communication and redirect them towards recpective authorities.
