Customer Experience Executive

Location: Ambala Cantt, Haryana (Work from Office)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, email, social media, website, and

other customer communication channels.
Respond to customers promptly, politely, and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products,

orders, delivery, payments, returns, exchanges, and other concerns.
Assist customers with fragrance-related queries, including helping them understand

fragrance profiles, notes, occasions, and product options.
Guide customers toward suitable products based on their preferences and

requirements.
Make every interaction feel personal, warm, and memorable- embodying the same

attention to detail that defines our fragrances.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, e-commerce, retail,

hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
