Sales/Telesales/Inside Sales experience: Mandatory
EdTech sales experience: Preferred

Candidate Commitment: Long-term like 1 year preferred; candidates able to commit for a minimum of 9 months may also be considered

We are looking for candidates with relevant sales experience, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to work on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and engage potential clients to support business growth.

● Conduct 150+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.

● Present and explain EdTech products and services to prospective clients.

● Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.





● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

● Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

● Experience in Telesales, EdTech, IndiaMART Sales, BPO, or similar sales roles preferred.

● Fluency in Telugu communication is mandatory.

● Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

● Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven workplace.

● Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
