Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment as per SOPs.
Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of products.
Conduct quality checks and report any product or process issues.
Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory counts.
Use scanners or ERP systems for stock tracking (if trained).
Health, Safety & Hygiene
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
Communicate effectively to report issues or suggest improvements.
Support cross-functional tasks when needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing,
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, shift-based workplace.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Robust work ethic and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of food safety or GMP practices.
Forklift license or machinery operation experience (if applicable).
Experience using handheld scanners or ERP systems.
