We are looking for an experienced D2C Performance Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on sales, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads for D2C brands.
Manage campaigns focused on sales, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS.
Conduct audience, competitor, product, and market research.
Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
Scale profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ads and UGC concepts.
Monitor Meta Pixel, events, conversion tracking, and attribution.




Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithms, and recent features.

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads / Performance Marketing experience.
Strong understanding of D2C marketing and conversion funnels.
Data-driven approach with solid analytical skills.
Experience in scaling profitable campaigns and improving ROAS.
Positive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
