We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer calls, follow up on vehicle servicing and appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing and appointments.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Collect customer feedback and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with sales and service departments.
Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Any bachelor's degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Automobile industry experience is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
