Provide end-user desktop support for hardware and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
Perform laptop/desktop setup, configuration and deployment for current and existing users.
Provide basic Active Directory support, including password reset and account unlock.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and desktop-level connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure and troubleshoot approved software and applications.
Log, update and resolve IT support tickets within agreed SLA.
Provide in office and customer-facing IT support and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations.
Follow ITIL, information security and customer-specific IT support processes.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation, troubleshooting details and closure information

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
