Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, handle customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly.
Maintain and update customer information, interaction history, and records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and overall satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address customer requirements.




Track customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Monitor customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction levels.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports as required.
Follow up on leads, prospects, and existing customers, wherever applicable.
Ensure timely communication with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to business growth.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
