We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain robust client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support clients with their investment and trading needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Meet clients at their offices or preferred locations to build relationships, understand their investment needs, and provide personalized support.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests.
Onboard new clients and assist with account opening and documentation.
Cross-sell and promote investment products and value-added services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Prior experience in financial services will be an added advantage
