Key Responsibilities
Deployment: Install, configure, and update antivirus and endpoint protection tools across all company computers and servers.
Monitoring: Watch real-time security alerts, scan logs, and investigate potential malware or virus incidents.
Remediation: Isolate infected devices, run deep clean sweeps, and perform root-cause analysis after a security breach.
Maintenance: Push regular virus definition updates, patches, and software upgrades to maintain compliance.
Support: Assist staff with security software errors and promote secure cybersecurity habits

Requirements and Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT support, desktop administration, or endpoint security.
Technical Knowledge:



Robust grasp of Windows and Linux operating systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and active directory.
Tools: Familiarity with enterprise antivirus management consoles (e.g., Symantec, McAfee, Sophos, Windows Defender).
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset and transparent communication for user training

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
